Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed has inked out a September release
THQ Nordic have announced that Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed is launching on all its platforms on September 24 and that a special collectors edition will be available for the game as well.
The Rebrushed edition of, what I consider to be a Wii classic, is a ground up remake, with Warren Spector even helping out on some elements.
In the game, after messing with a magical paintbrush, Mickey is taken into the Wasteland, a location where forgotten Disney characters live. However his inability to paint previously has caused the Wasteland to be destroyed and corrupted and its leader Oswald the Lucky Rabbit has a few things to say about that.
The games collectors Edition will be available for Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and even PC, with it offering up the following:
The full game Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed
A stunning 28 cm Mickey Mouse Statue, perfect for display
An Oswald the Lucky Rabbit Keychain, a nod to Disney’s classic character
A Vintage Mickey Mouse Tin Sign, adding a touch of nostalgia
Six beautiful Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed postcards
A Collector’s Steelbook for the ultimate presentation
The Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed Costume Pack, for added in-game fun
We are still awaiting for local confirmation on it coming here, but if it does, expect to see a price tag of around $300 dollars, if not more.
The game is coming to Switch, Xbox, PlayStation and PC on September 24.
