Sega have announced that Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2 will release on August 5 for all platforms. As part of the news, we also have a new trailer for the game to enjoy, check it out.

Players will be able to jump back into the ring with over 40 playable characters or continue Tanjiro's tale with the story mode, covering the "Entertainment District Arc," "Swordsmith Village Arc," and "Hashira Training Arc." It was also confirmed that all nine Hashira will join the roster as playable characters and if that was not enough, the DLC characters from the first game will be in this release as standard, which includes folks like Gyutaro and Daki.

The game is coming to PlayStation, Xbox PC and Switch, so all platforms. The standard release will be August 5, but if you are willing to pay more, you can get the game 5 days earlier.
