Daredevil: Born Again descends onto Disney+ This March
At New York Comic-Con, at a special Daredevil panel, Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio took to the stage at the end to reveal that Daredevil: Born Again would premiere on Disney+ on March 4.
No trailer has been released yet, I expect that will come after Agatha All Along is done with its run, which is in a few weeks. There is also no word on if the show is getting a two episode premiere that most Marvel shows have gotten, but not all. As for what we know about the show, this is all that has been released officially.
In “Daredevil: Born Again,” Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer with heightened abilities is fighting for justice through his bustling law firm, while former mob boss Wilson Fisk pursues his own political endeavors in New York. When their past identities begin to emerge, both men find themselves on an inevitable collision course.
Of course, Cox and D’Onofrio are back again as Murdock and Fisk respectively, and joining them from the Netflix series will be Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson and Jon Bernthal. The new cast is made up of Margarita Levieva, Zabryna Guevara, Nikki James, Genneya Walton, Arty Froushan, Clark Johnson, Michael Gandolfini, with Ayelet Zurer.
Perhaps the best news here, the show will have 18 episodes, not the random 6 or 9 that most Disney+ shows seem to be having. There is no word on if the shows will be long or short, but given the team making it have been very adamant of keeping to what fans have expected, I would imagine longer episodes, to help match what the Netflix series did.
