Crysis 4 is in development, but still a while until it is ready
Crytek CEO, Avni Yerli, released a blog post to the companies website, confirming that a new entry in the Crysis series is in development and along with it comes a teaser image for the game, though given how chaotic it is, who knows if it contains anything.
There are no details in the statement, which is below, so if you are hoping for platforms or release date details, you are out of luck.
It’s something you have been asking us for a long time, so it’s now finally time to confirm – yes, the next Crysis game is happening!
We are so pleased and excited to bring this news to you, and we really can’t wait to reveal more details about what lies ahead.
Right now the game is in the early stages of development so it will be a while yet, but we wanted to bring you the news at this time as we are so hyped for the future, and to let you know that we will be listening to our community.

Given the lack of details, one could easily presume to date this game as late 2023 at the earliest, but likely 2024 for a release, but hey stranger things have happened.
