Crime Boss: Rockay City is revealed with a star studded action star line-up
Crime Boss: Rockay City is a 90’s inspired action film about the crime world of the Miami-like, ‘90s-inspired Rockay City. Taking the likes of Danny Trejo, Michael Madsen, Michael Rooker and even Chuck Norris; this dramatic action FPS Organised Crime title looks poised to take over more than just Rockay City.
Crime Boss: Rockay City was one of the more surprising reveals at The 2022 Game Awards. From first glance this game is ridiculously stacked with Action film greats, and for some reason Vanilla Ice. Whilst the initial reveal trailer doesn’t let us know just how much each of these character’s will be used; one can hope that they have learnt from the works of Keanu Reeves in Cyberpunk. That being, more is actually better.
Aiming to push a more turf-war, organised crime mindset Crime Boss: Rockay City is more in the vein of Payday 2 and less so in the hyper crime action that is Grand Theft Auto. One of few titles that had an actual release date, we only have to wait until March 28th 2023 to get our hands on Crime Boss. It is important to note however, that this initial release is an Epic Games Store PC exclusive launch with no word on how long this exclusivity is for. So console players will have to wait a bit longer, with past indicators taken into consideration it would be likely much later in the year that you’ll get access.
