Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector reveals gameplay, release window and new platforms

Fellow Traveller and developer Jump Over the Age have revealed the first gameplay for Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector and confirmed the game will release sometime in early 2025. Check it out below.

In addition to the gameplay and release window, it was also revealed that the game would also be coming to Switch and PlayStation 5, in addition to the already confirmed PC and Xbox releases.

Players assume the role of a Sleeper, an emulated human consciousness within an artificial body. Pursued by the corporation that created them and a gang intent on controlling them, players must hijack a ship, forge a network of crew and allies, and undertake demanding contracts to carve out a new existence for themselves.

The crew begins with Serafin, a steadfast pilot and your comrade in escape. However, to handle the contracts that will keep you airborne, you'll need a diverse team including scrappers and engineers. These contracts, located well beyond the Belt's bustling hubs and bars, present unique high-stakes challenges where failure looms with every unfortunate roll of the dice, making the selection of the right crew for the job crucial.

You can check out the game more on Steam, as well as adding it to your wishlist. The game will release sometime in early 2025, but no smaller window has been revealed.
