Borderlands 3 Director's Cut will reward players with an all new armoury and more

Gearbox and 2K have announced that when Borderlands 3 Director’s Cut is released next week, players will get the chance to enjoy new ways to play and new rewards for when they do, including the all new Diamond Armory, which is access by the new Diamond Keys.

You may already be familiar with Golden Keys, which unlock the Golden Chest near Marcus Munitions on Sanctuary III. When opened, the Golden Chest offers up a selection of high-end gear appropriate for your level. Diamond Keys take this idea even further by presenting you with not just a chest but an entire room full of tantalizing loot: the Diamond Armory, which is located beneath the Bridge on Sanctuary III's upper deck.

Getting keys is done by playing the game, Golden Keys are provided by codes, Diamond Keys can only be obtained when you complete Vault Cards, which are also new to the game. There are a lot of layers to Vault Cards, but the premise is simple: playing the game with a Vault Card active gives you more loot and XP.

There is a lot of detail on them to be found on the games official site, so head over and read it, you can also learn more about the games first card, Fallen Heroes while you are there.
