Better get a golf cart as PGA Tour 2K23 is offering up 20 PGA courses at launch

2K have announced the course line up for PGA Tour 2K23, giving players a chance to see what greens await them, when the game leaves the pro shop this October.

While you could make a golf course by throwing random objects into a space, the team making the game have done a little more than that, because in order to create in-game renditions of real-life courses, they have used a combination of aerial drone footage, lidar data, high resolution photography, and supporting assets provided by each course’s management to ensure each course is true to life and features realistic buildings, signage, hazards, fairways, greens and climate.

Here is the full list of courses, that will be available on day one of the game:

  • Atlantic Beach Country Club;

  • Bay Hill Golf Club & Lodge (Arnold Palmer Course);

  • Copperhead (Innisbrook);

  • Detroit Golf Club;

  • East Lake Golf Club;

  • Quail Hollow Club;

  • Riviera Country Club;

  • St George’s Golf and Country Club;

  • The Renaissance Club;

  • TPC Boston;

  • TPC Deere Run;

  • TPC Louisiana;

  • TPC River Highlands;

  • TPC San Antonio;

  • TPC Sawgrass;

  • TPC Scottsdale;

  • TPC Southwind;

  • TPC Summerlin;

  • TPC Twin Cities; and

  • Wilmington Country Club (South Course).

In addition to those courses, Pebble Beach Golf Club, Spyglass Hill, and Torrey Pines North and South Courses will be offered as free downloads after the game releases, but there isn’t an exact date for their addition yet.

If all that was not enough for you, the Course Designer is making a return as well, which will offer up even more places for you to get your swing on.

The game will release on October 14th, but if you want to get it a few days early, the Deluxe Edition or the digital only Tiger Woods Edition will be available on the 11th. The game is coming to PC, PlayStation and Xbox this year, dropping Switch as a supported platform.
