Be the faster golfer around with Turbo Golf Racing, coming later this year

Early in the Future Game Showcase, developer Hugecalf Studios popped up to debut their new game, Turbo Golf Racing, a game which looks a lot like Rocket League, but is golf instead of soccer, check out the trailer for it below.

Turbo Golf Racing is billed as a fast-paced arcade-style sports racing game, in which up to eight players can take to the green, to prove which of them has the real drive for car golf.

“Turbo Golf Racing is the game we’ve always dreamed of making,” says Jonny Hughes, Producer at Hugecalf Studios. “We’re incredibly proud of Turbo Golf Racing and our plans for its future, and cannot wait for players to experience it first-hand when the Beta launches this Spring.”

“From the moment we first laid eyes on Turbo Golf Racing we were hooked by the concept,” says Paige Dolan, Greenlight Manager at Secret Mode. “Hugecalf Studios has crafted a raucous multiplayer experience like no other, and Turbo Golf Racing instantly became a daily staple of our free-time gaming sessions here in The Bunker. We’re counting down the days until the wider world can tee off with great anticipation.”

Racers flip, glide, and dash their turbo-charged cars down winding fairways as they strike their oversized golf balls toward the finishing cup. So while they is unlikely to be any holes-in-one, by the end there will be at least one winner.

The game is coming to PC and Xbox, with an open beta announced for it, though you will need register for it and while there is no word if the beta will have it, when the game is released in full, it will offer full crossplay between Xbox and PC, so there should always be someone to putter around with.
