ASUS have unleashed a wave of portable gaming powerhouses

If you were in Sydney on Friday March 24th, you might have seen ASUS set up shop for a one day only event, where they were able to put their newest gaming laptops in front of local consumers.

Of course, not everyone can travel to Sydney a one day event, but that is why we have you covered with all the details for the line up. First up we have the ROG Strix Scar 16 and 18 models. Known to ASUS as the G634 and the G834 respectively, thanks to a chassis redesign they both sport the larger 16-inch and 18-inch 16:10 aspect-ratio screens.

These 16 and 18-inch panels allow gamers to see the enemy more clearly than ever before, and the 16-inch model can even be equipped with ROG’s new QHD, 240Hz Nebula HDR display with Mini LED technology.

The machines are available now and start at $4,799 and $4,999 respectively, depending on the configuration.

For those looking for something a little more affordable, but still with some power behind it, there is the new Zephyrus M16. This latest edition of the classic design has actually been redesigned from the ground up, keeping that signature thin-and-light design, but now features an improved cooling system, which means even during the hardest use, it should stay quite comfortable.

This cooling redesign actually allows for the machine to run at 25 watts more than the model from last year, which means it can take full advantage of the specs like the Intel Core™ i9 13900H CPU and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU.

The price for this, which is available now starts at $3,499 depending on the configuration.

There are more models like the ROG Strix G 16, the ROG Flow X13 and the TUF Advantage Edition A16. You can learn more about each of these models and the ones above on the official website.
