Apex Legends is about to engage System Override

Respawn Entertainment and EA are not slowing down the Apex Legends fun, as they have announced another new event, coming in March. Called System Override, it will offer up a new way to play, as well as some new gear, but as with all the events, it will only run for a limited time and that is March 3 to March 17.

System Override will feature the new Deja Loot mode, which will see all loot respawn in the same location on the map each match. The limited-time event will also be the first time players can pick up the new Evo Shield in the arena and collect a variety of Assimilation Themed cosmetics and a new Heirloom Set for Octane.

Of course the biggest change is the Deja Loot mode, which is happening due to a system glitch. This limited-time mode will feature the same flight path for the dropship and all loot will respawn at the same location throughout the System Override Collection.

While the drop and weapon placement are the same each time, the Ring location will change on a daily basis, so it will remain the same on each day. The first week of Deja Loot mode will take place on World’s Edge; the second week will see Legends return to Kings Canyon.
