Shueisha Games and developer koeda have released a new trailer ahead of Tokyo Game Show 2024 for ANTHEM#9, a turn-based deck-building roguelite that has players working from the shadows in order to maintain global order. Check it out.
Philosophers, scientists, state spies... Those who threaten the world order must be eliminated. This is the creed of “balance and harmony” upheld by the secret organization ANTHEM#9. The story follows agents with supernatural abilities capable of interfering with others’ minds and their battles with dangerous individuals targeted for elimination. This is not your typical tale of good versus evil but a suspenseful story full of twists and intrigue.
Engage in puzzle-style battles where you link skills through gem combinations! Every turn, you’ll be dealt three randomly colored gems, and the key to victory lies in how many skill combos you can chain together within the time limit. Success demands quick decision-making and precise choices, offering a thrilling, new combat experience in this deck-building roguelite.
As of now the game is only coming to PC via Steam, you can wishlist it now, but there is currently no release date revealed.
