Capcom have announced that Monster Hunter Rise will expand its roster of armour sets this week, when the special Akuma collaboration event kicks off, check out the trailer for it below.

Players will have to complete a quest to get the layered armour set, but once they have it, they will be able to dress up like Akuma, including sounding like him. When throwing kunai and dressed up, they will be changed to reflect the special attack, Akuma Hadoken and then when players complete a quest, a special Akuma themed celebration will take place.

When equipped with a one-handed sword, the attack changes to a punch or kick and if you decide to do a fierce combo, that will happen as Just Rush, in addition you can use the iron bug thread technique to play "Gosho Ryuken" and "Tornado Zanku Leg", and you can challenge hunting with the technique unique to Akuma!
