A release date for Narita Boy has been synthed to all platforms
Team17 and Koba Studios may have only just announced that they were working together, to bring Narita Boy to market, but it hasn’t slowed them down in anyway, as the game now has a release date and it is much sooner than you might have thought, March 30.
This narrative-driven RetroVania adventure is inspired by the electronic pop culture of the 1980s, with a synthwave soundtrack and neo-retro aesthetic to match, as players are sucked into the Digital Kingdom to fight for its freedom… and for the memories of its human creator.
The game will release on March 30 for Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, with the game hitting Xbox Game Pass on day one as well. If you don’t want to wait that long, you can get a sample of the games soundtrack, which has hit Spotify.
