A Plague Tale: Requiem gets its first gameplay trailer via The Game Awards

The Game Awards was the place where the gameplay for A Plague Tale: Requiem was revealed and if you thought there were a lot of rats in the first game, then you ain’t see nothing yet, check it out below.

The trailer gives us just the first glimpses of Amicia and Hugo’s epic adventure in a brutal, breathtaking world twisted by supernatural forces. After escaping their devastated homeland, Amicia and Hugo journey far south to new regions and vibrant cities.

If you are a literary fan, you may have noticed the poem being read during the trailer, Requiem, by acclaimed writer Robert Louis Stevenson, best known for Treasure Island.

A Plague Tale: Requiem, is set to release on 2022 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Switch via Cloud and Windows PC. The game will be available at launch on Xbox Game Pass for Console, PC and Cloud.
