A Plague Tale: Innocence gets a next gen update and is coming to Switch

Focus Home Interactive and developers Asobo Studio have announced that A Plague Tale: Innocence will be getting an update on July 6, for both Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5, bringing them up to 4K 60fps and a few other additions. Plus on July 6, the game will also arrive on Switch, at least via cloud, so folks who can use the cloud service on Switch, have another game to play.

Follow the grim tale of young Amicia and her little brother Hugo, in a heartrending journey through the darkest hours of history. Hunted by Inquisition soldiers and surrounded by unstoppable swarms of rats, Amicia and Hugo will come to know and trust each other. As they struggle to survive against overwhelming odds, they will fight to find purpose in this brutal, unforgiving world.

Not that is matters much, given we won’t get it here in Australia, plus the game is just the PC version, but here are some screens of the cloud version of the game.
