A new world update for Microsoft Flight Simulator is bringing pilots to Canada
Xbox have announced a new world update for Microsoft Flight Simulator, which is giving a boost to Canada, from its urban centres, to its wild untamed landscapes, check it out.
Known as World Update XI, not a creative name but hey, it highlights 12 urban regions enhanced with the latest photogrammetry data and features 87 hand-crafted points of interest, all the while using the latest data to build out the world.
Here some of the highlights, that are included in the update:
5 handcrafted five airports including:
British Columbia’s Castlegar / West Kootenay Regional Airport (CYCG)
Victoria International Airport
Vancouver Island
9 exciting missions:
Three bush trips (Vancouver Island, Newfoundland, and the Canadian Rockies)
Three landing challenges (Castlegar, Barkerville, and Calgary)
Three discovery flights (Vancouver, Montreal, and Toronto).
