With Black Myth: Wukong from developer Game Science just weeks away from release, the team have released a new trailer for the game, which shows off the world that players will get to discover. Check out the new video below.
"Black Myth: Wukong" is an action RPG that weaves a rich narrative tapestry adorned with stunning visuals. As players delve into an enchanting world steeped in ancient Chinese mythology, they will encounter awe-inspiring landscapes and a vibrant array of characters inspired by the beloved novel "Journey to the West." The game features a meticulously crafted melee combat system where players wield a staff with precision and flair. Beyond physical prowess, the protagonist, known as the Destined One, can master spells, shapeshifting abilities, and mystical vessels to outwit formidable adversaries. Players are encouraged to experiment with various spells, skills, weapons, and gear to devise strategies that resonate with their personal combat style.
The game is set to release on August 20 for PlayStation 5 and PC, the planned Xbox Series X|S release does not have a release date at this time.
