Bandai Namco has announced the next character and series to join the roster of Jump Force, Yugi Muto from the Yu-Gi-Oh series.

Very little is known about how he will play in the game, as his source series is a card battler, but it would not surprise me if he summons the creatures from the cards to battle.

In the Yu-Gi-Oh series, the main protagonist, Yugi Muto, is a lonely boy who loves playing the game but has never been blessed with talent. After solving the Millennium Puzzle, Yugi unknowingly became host to Dark Yugi, the spirit of the long-deceased Pharaoh Atem. Through the Pharoah’s spirit possessing Yugi in times of trouble, he is able to become one of the greatest Duel Monsters players in the world.

The game is coming to Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4 in 2019, no set date has been announced yet.
