Universal Parks and Resorts and Nintendo have released an update video for their announcement that Nintendo characters are coming to Universal Parks in Orlando, Hollywood and Osaka.

While the video does not detail anything, if the backgrounds are to be believed, there is a lot of potential to be found in the background elements. Both companies have announced though, that park goers will be able to live and interact with the worlds of Nintendo like never before, including shops and dining options.

The openings for the lands will be staggered over time, which is a good thing, given that the parks in Osaka and Hollywood are both very contained. They did announce that the first details will be announced soon, but no date was given for that.
