MOMOT - Stacks up against the others at Oz Comic Con
At Oz Comic Con Melbourne, there were a lot of stalls set up with people selling all varieties of pop culture goodness, in fact the thing I saw the most of were the Pop figures. However one thing did grab my attention more than the rest and they are called MOMOT.
MOMOT is an acronym for ‘Nemo Nemo Robot’. In Korean, “nemo” means “rectangular” and these little guys are sure square. Each of the figures is presented in a small A4 sized box that contains all the pieces and it also comes with a display box for you to show case your MOMOT off in. Currently you can order a variety of characters from Disney, Disney/Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and Blizzard, at the show I picked up a Darth Maul.
But if you are a DC fan, don’t worry the team behind them have announced that they are bringing DC characters to life soon in MOMOT form. Check out the website and order your own and my suggestion is to get in quick, because once the word is out, they will be much harder to get.
