Microsoft have put out word that Australian windows consumers will be able to upgrade their version of windows 7 to windows 8 when it comes out for only $15. That's not a bad deal.



However there is a catch, this is only for people who buy a new computer with windows 7 installed.

So if your like me and bought your own copy of windows 7 day one, you will have to pay for a full upgrade.
